Waiver
I hereby waive and release the CT Wave and Swish Fieldhouse from any and all liability for injury, illness, and hardship that occur during camp. I assume responsibility for any and all risks associated with my childs participation. All claims will be handled by my primary insurance coverage.
The cost is $225 per child ($10 dollar discount for multiple players and $25 discount if child was a member of a CT Wave AAU basketball team in 2008). Teams are also welcomed. Camp fee includes:
Instruction, insurance, camp t-shirt, guest speakers, and full use of the climate controlled Swish Fieldhouse in South Windsor CT. Sporting 2 indoor hardwood courts with spacious viewing lobby , weight room concessions and Nomads Adventure Quest Discounts. Lunch will be served for all campers Monday thru Thursday. Friday the camp will conclude at 12:30 with a hamburger and hotdog cookout .
